How do I deposit funds?

Go to Account → Funds → Deposit and send crypto — supports BTC, ETH, USDT, and 50+ other coins across their networks. Confirmations take 1–20 minutes depending on the network. Prefer a local payment method (bKash, UPI, PayPal, bank transfer)? Use the Broker Desk instead — buy platform balance directly from a verified Broker Desk merchant in your country and currency, escrow-protected until they confirm.

How long do withdrawals take?

Crypto withdrawals are reviewed and processed within 1–24 hours. Network confirmation time adds 5–60 minutes depending on chain congestion. Cashing out via the Broker Desk instead depends on the merchant you trade with, but your balance stays escrowed until they confirm payment. Withdrawals above $5,000 may require additional verification.

What are the deposit and withdrawal limits?

Minimum deposit: $5 (or equivalent). Maximum single crypto deposit: $50,000. Withdrawal minimum: $10. Daily withdrawal limit: $10,000 for standard accounts; higher limits available for verified accounts. Broker Desk trades follow each merchant's own listing minimum/maximum. Contact support to request a limit increase.

Are there deposit fees?

Prediity charges no deposit fees. Crypto network fees (gas, miner fees) are borne by the sender and vary by network. Broker Desk trades are free on Prediity's side — the rate you agree with the merchant is between you and them.

Why is my deposit pending?

Crypto deposits require blockchain confirmations — usually 1–6 confirmations depending on the coin. If it's been pending more than 2 hours, contact support with your transaction hash.

How do prediction markets work?

Prediction markets let you buy and sell shares based on the probability of an event occurring. If you buy YES shares on a market and the market resolves YES, each share pays $1. NO shares resolve at $0. Prices (50¢ YES = 50% probability) are set by the market through supply and demand — similar to a stock exchange.

How are markets resolved?

Markets resolve based on objective, verifiable real-world outcomes from authoritative sources: official government announcements, major international news agencies (Reuters, AP, Bloomberg), official sports bodies (FIFA, NBA, ICC), or verified on-chain data for crypto markets. Resolution decisions are made by our Market Integrity team. Disputed resolutions can be filed within 24 hours of settlement.

What happens to my shares when a market resolves?

All positions are automatically settled. Winning shares (YES shares if market resolves YES, NO shares if it resolves NO) pay $1 per share. Losing shares pay $0. Any open orders are cancelled and escrow is refunded. Payouts appear in your balance immediately after settlement.

Can I sell my shares before the market resolves?

Yes — you can sell your shares at any time while the market is OPEN. The price you receive depends on current market prices. If the current YES price is 70¢ and you sell 100 YES shares, you receive $70. Use the Sell tab on any market page to exit positions early.

What is an order book vs. AMM?

Prediity uses a Constant Product Market Maker (CPMM) model — similar to Uniswap — for automated liquidity. This means you can always buy or sell shares without a counterparty needing to match your order. Prices are determined by the pool ratio (yesPool / noPool). The order book shows resting limit orders that can improve your fill price.

Are the casino games fair?

All casino games use a provably fair system. Before each round, the server commits to a cryptographic hash of the server seed. Your client seed is combined at resolution time to determine the outcome. You can verify any result yourself using the on-chain verifier at /explore — the full seed chain is published for every round.

What casino games are available?

We offer Dice, Mines, Wheel, Slots, Roulette, Blackjack, Scratch, and dozens more instant and live-style games. Each game has its own house edge (disclosed on the game page, typically 1–4%). New games are added regularly — check the Games section for the full list.

What is the minimum bet for casino games?

Minimum bets vary by game and currency. For USD users, the minimum is typically $0.10–$0.50. For BDT users, it's typically ৳5–৳10. Currency minimums can be found in each game's info panel, and are configurable in Account → Settings.

I won but didn't receive my payout — what do I do?

Payouts are instant and should appear in your balance immediately after a round ends. If your balance doesn't update, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists after 5 minutes, contact support with the round ID (visible in the game history) and we'll resolve it within 1 hour.

What is an identity address?

Your identity address is a unique identifier linked to your account — similar to a public blockchain wallet. It appears on the public Explorer and is used to verify your activity. You can view it in Account → Profile. It cannot be changed once assigned.

How do I reset my password?

Click 'Forgot password' on the login page. You'll receive a reset link to your registered email. The link expires in 1 hour. If you no longer have access to your email, contact support at support@prediity.com with your username and identity address for manual account recovery.

Why was my account frozen?

Accounts may be frozen for security review (unusual activity patterns), regulatory compliance (AML verification), or policy violations. You will receive an email with the reason. Contact support to initiate the review process. Most reviews resolve within 24 hours.

How do I change my display currency?

Go to Account → Settings. Select your preferred currency from the 115+ options. Amounts throughout the platform will be displayed in your selected currency at real-time exchange rates. Your balance is always stored in USD internally.
