Prediity Inc. (“Prediity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our services.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, make a deposit, or contact support. This includes: name, email address, date of birth, Social Security Number (for identity verification), bank account information, and government-issued ID documents. We also automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with our platform, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and trading activity.
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions and send related information; comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including CFTC reporting requirements); detect and prevent fraud; communicate with you about products, services, promotions, and events; and personalize your experience.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: service providers who perform services on our behalf (payment processors, identity verification providers, cloud hosting); regulatory authorities as required by law (CFTC, FinCEN, IRS); and other parties with your consent. In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), multi-factor authentication, and regular third-party security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). We use cookies and similar technologies to recognize your browser, understand how you use our services, and show you relevant content. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our platform. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals at this time.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law. Financial records are typically retained for at least 7 years in accordance with regulatory requirements. You may request deletion of certain data, subject to our legal obligations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of Prediity after the effective date of the updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Prediity operates across many countries and currencies. Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the country where our hosting and database providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place wherever your data is processed.
Prediity is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. If we learn that we've collected information from an underage individual, we will delete it and close the associated account.

Financial events on Prediity — deposits, withdrawals, mints, burns, trades, bets, and settlements — are written to an immutable internal ledger and, for crypto rails, recorded on-chain. On-chain records are address-keyed and pseudonymous: they reference a public wallet address, not your name or email, and contain no personal information about you. Every market resolution, game round, and settlement is also visible in our public Explorer (/explore) so anyone can independently verify that payouts match outcomes. This transparency is central to how Prediity works — it never requires exposing who you are.
Prediity resolves prediction markets from objective, verifiable real-world outcomes using a strict source hierarchy — official government announcements, major international news agencies, official sports bodies, verified on-chain data for crypto markets, and company filings. Resolutions are made by our Market Integrity team and can be disputed within 24 hours of settlement. Casino games use provably-fair commitment schemes: before each round the server publishes the SHA-256 hash of its seed, and afterwards reveals the seed so any outcome can be independently recomputed. These fairness mechanisms are enforced in code and are verifiable by anyone; they do not involve collecting or processing additional personal data from you.
