Trust & Safety
Protecting your account and funds is our highest priority. Prediity employs enterprise-grade security across every layer of our infrastructure.
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 — the same standard used by major financial institutions.
Add an extra layer of protection with TOTP-based 2FA (Google Authenticator, Authy) or SMS verification.
Customer funds are held in FDIC-insured bank accounts, segregated from Prediity operating funds, in compliance with CFTC requirements.
We commission regular penetration tests and security audits from leading cybersecurity firms to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
Our systems monitor for unusual login patterns, trading anomalies, and suspicious activity — flagging potential issues before they become problems.
We reward responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities. Report issues at security@prediity.com and eligible reports receive compensation.
Crypto deposits and withdrawals settle on-chain and credit automatically after network confirmation. Every trade, bet, and settlement is written to an immutable ledger and visible in the public Explorer — so payouts can be independently verified against market outcomes.
Markets resolve from objective, verifiable real-world sources — official announcements, major news agencies, official sports bodies, and on-chain data. Every game round publishes a hashed seed before play and reveals it after, so outcomes are provably fair and never tampered with.
Use a strong, unique password — never reuse passwords from other sites.
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings.
Never share your login credentials or 2FA codes with anyone.
Be cautious of phishing emails — Prediity will never ask for your password by email.
Use a password manager to generate and store strong credentials.
Log out of your account when using shared or public computers.
If you discover a security vulnerability, please responsibly disclose it to security@prediity.com. We take all reports seriously and respond within 24 hours. Eligible reports may qualify for our bug bounty program.
