Account security
Keep your identity yours

Two-factor authentication
Even if someone knows your password, they'll need the one-time code from your authenticator app to log in. Turn it on under Account → Security — we strongly recommend it for every account.

Tax details before real-money rails
Broker (cash) trades and crypto withdrawals require verified account details first, adding a hard checkpoint before money can move off the platform.

Sign out everywhere
One tap in your profile menu instantly revokes every logged-in session on every device — use it if you think someone else has picked up a device where you were logged in.

Login protection
Repeated failed logins temporarily lock the account, and unusual API activity is blocked automatically.

Self-exclusion on request
Contact support to freeze or time-limit an account — including your own, or one you believe a minor in your household is using.

Everything is auditable
Every trade and settlement is publicly visible in the Explorer, and account activity history is available on the dashboard — so unusual activity on a family device is easy to spot.
